SaaS Product Engineering Services
Full-cycle product engineering for software built to serve many customers at once — multi-tenant from the first commit, billed accurately, and ready for enterprise security review.
Software built to serve thousands of customers from one codebase
Getnewclicks Solutions provides full-cycle SaaS product engineering services for companies building software that has to scale from a first customer to an enterprise rollout. We take products from architecture through launch and beyond — designing multi-tenant data models, wiring subscription billing, enforcing role-based permissions, and hardening tenant isolation before it becomes a security incident. Our engineers work in two-week sprints alongside your product owners, shipping to production continuously rather than delivering one large handover at the end. Whether you are validating a first release, re-platforming a product that has outgrown a single-tenant database, or preparing for SOC 2 review ahead of an enterprise deal, you get senior people who have solved these problems before. Every engagement includes documented architecture decisions and full source code ownership on completion.

What every SaaS build has to get right
These four decisions shape everything that follows. Getting them wrong is recoverable early and expensive later.
Multi-tenant database design
We model tenancy before a line of product code is written, choosing between shared-schema, schema-per-tenant and database-per-tenant based on your compliance obligations and expected tenant count. Row-level security policies are enforced at the database, not just the application layer, so a query written years later cannot leak across tenants.
Stripe and Paddle billing engines
Subscription billing is wired end to end: plans and tiers, seat-based and usage-based metering, proration on upgrades, dunning for failed payments, and tax handling through Paddle's merchant-of-record model where you need it. Webhooks are made idempotent so a retried event never double-charges a customer.
Role-based access control (RBAC)
Permissions are defined as a policy layer rather than scattered conditionals, supporting organisation-level roles, per-workspace overrides and delegated admin. This is what enterprise buyers ask for during procurement, and retrofitting it into a live product is considerably more expensive than building it in from the start.
Tenant isolation and security
Isolation is verified, not assumed. We add automated tests that attempt cross-tenant access on every build, encrypt data at rest and in transit, scope API keys per tenant, and maintain audit logs of privileged actions — the evidence trail SOC 2 and enterprise security reviews will ask you to produce.
Our lead management software
PulseFlow is a sales automation CRM we designed and built end to end — a working example of the architecture above running at production scale.
The problem was time. Sales representatives were losing close to three hours a day to manual data entry: logging calls, updating deal stages and writing follow-ups. We replaced that with a speech-to-text pipeline that transcribes and summarises calls automatically, then files the notes against the correct record without anyone retyping them.
On top of that sits pipeline tracking with configurable deal stages and forecasting, AI lead scoring that ranks prospects on engagement and firmographic signals, and automated email sequences whose cadence adapts to recipient behaviour. Two-way CRM integrations keep Salesforce and HubSpot records synchronised, so the platform fits into existing sales workflows instead of demanding a migration.
Built on React, Python, PostgreSQL and Redis, PulseFlow now serves more than 5,000 sales seats in production.
